PLAN OVERVIEW
This program will be ideal for those who are serious about progress and results by building sustainable habits in and out of the gym! It can be done anywhere, any time – with or without weights. Combining fun with proper planning and hard work! This is for all fitness levels! Beginners, intermediate, and also advanced exercisers will all benefit from this program. Adjust the resistance and weight accordingly. You also have direct access to professional coaches throughout your entire journey!
This is a 90 day program that is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of exercises will be glute focused, however the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced body. This will last you much longer than 90 days, but the challenge is to push yourself through 90 days with consistency and continue to make progress afterwards!
The program is set up for 5 training days per week! There will be 3 heavier days with glute focus, and 2 lighter (but still challenging) days to build core and accessory muscles that will help you perform the rest of the exercises better, build functional strength, correct muscular imbalances, and improve joint health.

Is an apartment gym or home gym enough for this program?
You don’t NEED weights to do most of the exercises, but we recommend having access to dumbbells, a weighted bar, or barbell, and a Kettlebell for a full scope of the training regimen.
Is this plan vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Yes! The nutrition guidelines can be used with any dietary preferences to get you closer to achieving your goals!
How do I access the demonstration videos of the exercises?
The name of each exercise on the PDF for the program are the links. All you need to do is tap on the name of the exercise if you’re using a touchscreen, or click on the exercise if you’re using a mouse/touchpad!
Does the program expire after the 90 challenge is over?
